Resizing your bracelet
Please be sure to order the appropriate size as we do charge (fees starting at $15.00 + $6.00 for shipping) to resize/restring bracelets due to the incorrect size being ordered.

As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns as these are personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, with either a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order.

If a refund is to be made it will be for the purchase price of the item minus the cost of shipping.

You must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of our shipping date, before the item can be returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will send a return item number along with the address you need to return the order.

The jewelry must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Jewelry that shows any signs of wear or abuse cannot be returned.

We ask that you return the item USPS Priority mail and insure it, we will not be responsible for damage or items lost in transit. Your refund will be sent after the item is received by us and inspected.
